For the “Dental Wellness Offices” project, BLOC Development took on the renovation of a historic building located in the heart of Birmingham’s Civil Rights district. The building, which had been dormant for years, was given new life through careful, modern updates that preserved its original character. BLOC Global’s design team transformed the upstairs portion into their own sleek, functional offices, while the ground floor was repurposed to accommodate a new tenant—a local dentist’s office. The project highlights BLOC Global’s commitment to revitalizing key areas in the city, blending contemporary functionality with historical significance.
